The Order Process

When you have selected a course for purchase, select "Enroll Now"

If your quantity is not right in the order process. Click on "Basket Contents" at the top of your screen. Edit the quantity and click on "update". When all adjustments are made, click "Check out ".

When order is complete, check your email for confirmation of the order. The confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provide in the ordering process. If the email is not in your inbox, check your bulk or junk mail folder.

The Testing Process

Online Courses:

Upon receipt of your email confirmation, you will be able to log in to your course through the option on the homepage that says "Test login" or "Course Login" with the information provided on your invoice.

Each course includes a pretest to review before actually taking the online exam. This is to review the test and make any adjustments to the answers before the actual exam is graded online. You may print this for review but answers cannot be selected. When you are ready for the actual exam, click on "start test" and the answers may be selected at that time.


Online Testing for Mailed Courses:

When you receive your test there will be a barcode Label ID number at the top left corner of the universal answer sheet located in the center of your test booklet. You will need this along with the course number and your last name to login to take the test.
When logging in, enter only the course number (i.e. 825)

When the certificate appears after having successfully completed the test, it will need to be printed at that time.

Note: If you ordered testing materials only you will need to enter a 'T' after the course number in the appropriate field (Course # field of Step 1) in the log in area. Example: HS 912T

Common Questions

Where do I go to take the test online?

Click on "test login ". You will see a set of instructions for taking the test as well as login area. You will need to log in to begin the test.

I just placed an order, now what?

Please check your email for a confirmation of your order. You will receive a confirmation for all orders.

Where is the text for online courses?

All text is included.

I accidently order more than one of the same course.

If you are still in the process of placing your order, click on "View your selection", edit the number of courses and click "Update". Then "Proceed with purchase". If you have already completed your order, then we can credit for any extras. For an online course order please call technical support, for an order to be mailed it will be taken care of when it enters into our system. phone # 417-334-1787

I ordered testing materials only but I can't log in to take my test online.

In order to take your test online you will need to enter a 'T' after the course number in the appropriate field (Course # field of Step 1) in the log in area. Example: 912T
