One certificate is included in cost of course; duplicate certificates, $5.00 each; certificate issued by FAX, $10.00. Availability & Fees subject to change without notice. With payment by check, your certificate cannot be issued, nor can you take the test online until your check has cleared our bank (approximately 14 days).

Refunds: Fees are refunded less postage /handling &10% processing fee (minimum fee $5.00) if unused materials are returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase. NEA refunds full fees if courses are not available.

$6.00 charge for transfers. $25.00 charge on RETURNED CHECKS.

Registration fees for discounted or free courses must be paid in full at time of initial registration, otherwise are at full price. FREE promotions are one per person at time of registration; no transfers. Standard shipping & handling fees will be added to registrations received by electronic transfer if not indicated on registration form.

Delivery Information: Courses may be shipped by NEA discretion for customer's benefit. Street address mandatory for UPS delivery. Not responsible for private PO Boxes without street address listed. Allow appropriate transit time. Your course should be received within at least 2 weeks of order date. Returns & all problems must be addressed within 30 days of purchase or processing. Course Completion: Full courses must be completed within two years for credit. Effective 01/01/2008, "Testing Materials Only" courses must be completed within one year of purchase.
